Help, please! Searching for lost tv series / film title.?

Hey can anybody help me to find or any of you may recall the title of
a tv series or it maybe film, which consist of following description:

1. It has floating giant crystall or jade floating above a castle
(kind of chinese castle)
2. I think it was a story of a young small king/emperor who lost his
throne but regain it at the end
3. There is some kind of jade face recognition stone used to activate
the power of oracle at the palace and all over the china, i think
4. The story has this kind of odd chinese designed ship which
functioning as travelling through time or different places
5. The oracle is jade stone which can communicate through a jade at
different location if there is order from the palace, (description 1
the floating crystal)
6. The face jade stolen and inactivate the whole palace system and the
enemy took over the castle
7. The king as I mentioned is young, small, kind of teenager.???

That's all that I can recall from my memory, I think the series aired
between 1998-2002, so if anyone has the same memory as I did, please
do share the title with me. I'm dying to know the title is. Thanks! :)
