TV Ratings: 'New Girl' Delivers Tuesday for Fox

PHOTOS: 'New Girl': Behind the Scenes of Fox's New Comedy New Girl was the highest-rated show (4.4, 9.3 million), but down 8 percent in the key 18-49 demo. Glee was down 10 percent (3.6, 8.3 million), after opening its third season 29 percent lower in the demo (4.0, 8.6 million viewers) last week. Raising Hope was down 6 percent. ANALYSIS: Why the 'Glee' Season Three Premiere Took a Ratings Dive CBS came in second, with NCIS down just 2 percent and NCIS:L.A. off 3 percent from last week. Unforgettable slipped 14 percent from its premiere. ABC and NBC tied for third place. Dana Delany's Body of Proof was down 14 percent from its premiere. On NBC, Biggest Loser was down 4 percent, but Parenthood went up 5 percent from last week. PHOTOS: Fall TV Preview 2011: The Returning Shows Univision came in fourth (1.8), followed by the CW, which aired its most-watched episode of 90210 since April, up 14 percent in the demo. Sarah Michelle Gellar's Ringer built on its 90210 lead-in in total viewers by 19 percent. It was up 8 percent in total viewers (1.8 million) and 9 percent in the key demo (1.2).
